This renovation is very interesting because we have, literally, turned the house around: the terrace faced the bedrooms, while the living room and kitchen were left darker and tucked away inside the home. It made no sense.

The client’s premise and our main focus were to open the kitchen to the living room and ensure that this entire spacious area connected directly to the terrace, creating a large 4-metre lift-and-slide window opening onto it.

The bedrooms were moved to the more sheltered area of the house, and in this way everything makes much more sense. We also managed to include an additional en-suite bathroom.

In this home, special care has been taken in the choice of finishes and lighting.
