Dated in 1922, this historic house is located in “El Terci”, Godella.

The intervention consists of preserving the outter shelter while completely renovationg the inside. A new loft is built in the first floor and new openings as skylights are installed to provide natural air and lighting.

The project aims to improve roof and walls insulation as well as bringing back the original hight and flooring and improve the light conditions. All together with keeping alive its atractive essence of “casa de pueblo”.
