This home in a 1970s building required a total renovation of installations and furnishings, which were all original. Particular attention was paid to thermal and acoustic insulation, updating all exterior carpentry.
The new installations include high energy efficiency aerothermal systems for the air-conditioning, hot water and underfloor heating.
