Single-family home with a thermostone façade applied using the SATE exterior thermal insulation system. The home is partially carved out of limestone rock and its orientation was chosen to take advantage of the sea breeze and views over the bay of Jávea. It has a modern minimalist open staircase made of concrete with micro-cement steps.
