This project involves the comprehensive renovation of a single-family home with a swimming pool, located within the Finca Las Viñas residential complex, part of the Cansalades-10 Integrated Action Program. The plot’s irregular geometry and gentle slope significantly influence the building’s placement and the overall design strategy.

The house is arranged on a single level, prioritizing functional layout and a close relationship with the surrounding environment. The dwelling comprises three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a laundry area, and a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed as a bright and continuous space.

The living area opens onto the exterior through a large porch that serves as a transitional space between the interior and the garden, strengthening the connection with the swimming pool. The remainder of the plot is organized into platforms at varying levels, combining hard landscaping with planted areas to respond to the existing topography.
