Office complex on Carretera del Pla, just 500 metres from Arenal beach in Jávea.

The design includes a façade that clearly represents the building’s service industry use. This look was achieved with the use of formal elements characteristic of public architecture: a façade punctuated by buttresses and the treatment and scale of the spaces on the upper floors with their large glass surfaces; among others.

The main access to the building is through a central glazed passage that projects from the façade and is finished with a skylight that runs the length of the building, reinforcing its service industry image.
